Due to the high volume of orders during sales and promotional periods, order dispatch may take a little longer than usual. Please allow extra time for dispatch. We’re doing everything we can to get your order to you quickly.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping. Delivery timeframes exclude any processing time at our facilities.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–4 business days for processing before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch via Australia Post.
During public holidays or peak promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Authority to Leave
All Suzanne Grae orders are sent with authority to leave. You can track and manage your delivery, including redirection options, via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app.
AUSTRALIA (Local):
Delivery within Australia, we offer free shipping when you spend over $80 AUD after any promotions or discount codes are applied. Orders under $80 AUD is a flat rate of $12.95 AUD.
NEW ZEALAND:
Delivery to New Zealand is free for orders over $100 AUD (after any promotions or discount codes are applied) and $30 AUD for orders under $100 AUD.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International Delivery, we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD.
Our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.
How much does delivery cost to New Zealand?
Delivery to New Zealand is free for orders over $100 AUD (after any promo codes or promotional discounts are applied).
For orders under $100 AUD, shipping is $30 AUD.
How much does international delivery cost?
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $30 AUD.
Where We ship To
We currently ship to the following destinations:
Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Japan, South Africa, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Philippines and Norfolk Island.
Why can’t I order delivery to the United States right now?
Due to Australia Post suspending its parcel services to the United States, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to US addresses. We know this is disappointing, and we’re keeping a close eye on updates from Australia Post.
When will shipping to the US resume?
At this stage, we don’t have a confirmed date.
What are my options in the meantime?
You can still shop with us if you’re sending to an Australian address, or consider using a forwarding service based in Australia (please check with your chosen provider for their latest operating status).
International Shipping Information
All international orders are sent via Australia Post Express Courier International.
We do not deliver to international PO Box addresses.
All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Timeframes
International orders typically arrive within 10 business days.
If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact the shipping company using your provided tracking number.
Parcels may be delayed due to international customs processing, and additional customs taxes or duties may apply.

You can redirect your order via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app once you receive your tracking number.
Yes, your order can be tracked. On the day your order is despatched we’ll send you an email which will include a tracking number so you can follow your order through to delivery.
You can track your order anytime at auspost.com.au/track/ using the tracking number supplied in your Order Confirmation email.
As soon as your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking code. If you haven’t received this email within 10 days of placing your order, please send an email to online@cs.suzannegrae.com.au
Yes, we can deliver to your home or work address.
If you would like your order to be delivered to your workplace, please enter the company name at checkout as well as any delivery instructions to help the driver locate your home or office
All Suzanne Grae orders have authority to leave in a safe place. You can track and manage the delivery of your parcel i.e redirection via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been delivered from Australia Post.
